Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
2. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible through our website.

Return Policy

1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Eligibility details are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis, up to ₹200.
4. The refund amount will be processed within 3–4 days after the returned product is received.

Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges

• Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned for hygiene reasons.
• Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Requests raised after the return window (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
