Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  2. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Goods once sold cannot be returned.
  2. To ensure fair use of our return policy and to prevent unnecessary returns, we do not accept returns for the same product once delivered. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to assist with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
  3. In case of a damaged or defective product, a return will be accepted only for replacement of the same product (subject to availability and verification).
  4. Customers must share a clear unboxing video for all return or exchange requests to avoid delivery-related discrepancies.
  5. If the customer does not like the product, they may initiate an exchange request for another product of similar value.
  6. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Eligibility details are mentioned on the respective product page and may change without prior notice.
  7. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
  8. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis, up to ₹200.
  9. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3–4 days after the returned product is received and verified.

Return & Exchange Policy for Silk and Tussar Silk Sarees

As our Silk and Tussar Silk sarees are handcrafted and made-to-order, each piece is specially prepared for the customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and delivered.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other suitable remedy at our discretion.

Important Notes for Returns & Exchanges

  2. Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned for hygiene reasons.
  4. Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  5. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  6. Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
